First 90 days of 2019 ~ weight loss mission
Just a casual thought by my beloved wife Ambily in first week of January 2019 lead for a mission 90 days (like a challenge!).

Why not try Lo Carb High Protein diet leading to weight loss?
My weight was 108.2 in the beginning of January 2019.

This photo was taken on 2nd January 2019 in our office in Dubai (cropped from a Group photo).
Started with a diet prepared by Ambily. 13th of January 2019 was the start date.
First two weeks were with little troubles; but ignored them and continued.
- No carbonated drinks.
- Reduced the white rice in meals (once or twice in a week only).
- Reduced white sugar.
- Changed to Green Tea
- Average intake of 2 ~ 3 liters of water in a day.
After a week, included daily walk of 5 ~ 6km average. Equivalent to about 8000 steps a day.
Samsung S7 Edge was helpful in tracking with its pedometer. Mostly evenings were scheduled for walking in the working days of the week. Weekends walk were scheduled in early morning (about 5:30am to 6:35am). Average pace of 5.5 km per hour could be achieved with some pain in knees.
After the third week, included stretching exercises in the mornings of working days. Weekends exercises were after completing walking.
- Floor exercises concentrated on abdominal muscles.
- A pair of dumb bells were used
- Average 50 minutes of exercises every day [I missed about few days in these days mission].
And crossed 90 days as on today (13th April 2019). Today's picture is below. Weight when checked today morning is 92.6 kg!!
PAINS:
No alcohols,
No soft drinks,
Eating more Grass (salads).
GAINS:
Flat stomach,
Lean body,
Weighing scale measured below 100 kg (after about 10 years)!!!
